Terms of service

By using this website or enrolling in a course, you agree to these terms. Our services are intended for people aged 16 and over; where a student is under 18, a parent or guardian must make the booking and agree to these terms on the student's behalf. All site materials, templates and recordings are protected by copyright and trademark law. See our Privacy Policy, section 1, for details on who we are.

We grant you a personal, non-commercial licence to use our course materials for your own PTE preparation. You may not copy, resell, publicly display, share with non-students, decompile or mirror the materials, or remove proprietary notices.

Course fees are payable in full before the first session unless a written instalment arrangement is agreed. Nepali students may pay via eSewa, Khalti or bank transfer in NPR; international students may pay in AUD by bank transfer or via remittance apps like TapTap Send or Remitly. Prices shown in NPR and AUD are indicative and subject to change. The amount payable is the price published on the Courses page of our website at the time of your enrollment.

All PrecisePTE services are digital, including live coaching sessions, study materials and marking feedback. All sales are final. No refunds are issued under any circumstances except as set out in clause 9 (group class minimum enrolment), including cancellation before your first session, non-attendance, or dissatisfaction with the service. This does not affect any non-excludable consumer guarantees you may have under the law of your country of residence.

By enrolling and making payment, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

We offer three coaching plans:

1-week plan: 6 live sessions, to be claimed within 20 days of enrollment

2-week plan: 12 live sessions, to be claimed within 40 days of enrollment

1-month plan: 24 live sessions, to be claimed within 60 days of enrollment

Sessions may be taken at any time within this window, subject to class and instructor availability. Sessions not claimed within the applicable window are forfeited and are not refunded or carried over, except where we are unable to offer availability during your window.

Sessions may be rescheduled free of charge with at least 3 hours' notice. Cancellations with less notice, and no-shows, count as a used session because the slot is reserved for you. If we need to reschedule, you will be offered an alternative slot or a credited session.

We do not guarantee any particular PTE score, exam outcome, visa result, or admission decision, as these depend on factors outside our control. We are a PTE Academic coaching service only. We are not registered migration agents and do not provide migration, visa, or immigration advice. Students should seek advice from a registered migration agent or immigration lawyer for any visa-related matters.

However, if you attend all live sessions in your enrolled package and do not achieve your desired score, we guarantee continued guidance and support until you do, for up to 6 months from your course completion date. This includes mock test analysis, revised study plans, and answers to your questions, delivered asynchronously (for example via WhatsApp or written feedback). This guarantee does not include additional live coaching sessions, which remain available at our standard pricing.

This guarantee does not apply if you miss any live session in your package, stop engaging with the coaching, or do not sit the exam within 1 month of course completion. Sessions forfeited under clause 5 due to our unavailability do not count against this condition.

Materials are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages including loss of data, profit or opportunity arising from use of this site or our materials. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service.

Materials may contain errors and may change without notice. Third-party services linked from this site, including the AlfaPTE Portal and WhatsApp, are governed by their own terms; we do not control and do not endorse their content.

A booking is confirmed once payment (or the first agreed instalment) is received and a schedule is issued in writing. One-on-one sessions run at times agreed between you and your instructor; group sessions run to a published timetable.

Group classes are capped so that every student gets speaking time. If enrolment for a group falls below the minimum needed to run it, we will offer you a place in the next batch, a transfer to another package, or a full refund.

Sessions run live online unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for a working device, headset and internet connection; time lost to your own connection problems counts as used session time.

We expect courteous behaviour towards instructors and other students. Harassment, abusive language, disruption of classes, sharing another student's work or recordings, or attempting to use our coaching services to obtain, share, or request actual/live PTE exam questions or content (which is prohibited by Pearson and may result in your test being invalidated) is not permitted.

Instructors reserve the right to terminate a class or session if a student's conduct is disruptive or inappropriate.

We may suspend or terminate access without refund where conduct is serious or repeated, after giving you a chance to respond except where immediate action is necessary.

Portal and practice-platform logins are issued to one named student and must not be shared. Access lasts for 1 month unless a longer period is stated at purchase. You are responsible for activity under your login and must tell us promptly if you suspect it has been compromised. Enrolled packages and remaining sessions are personal to the enrolled student and may not be transferred or resold to another person.

Templates, worksheets, slide decks, question banks and session recordings remain our property or that of our licensors. Recording, screen-capturing or redistributing a live session without written permission is a breach of these terms and of copyright law, and may result in immediate termination without refund.

We are not liable for delay or failure to deliver classes caused by events outside our reasonable control, including power or internet outages, strikes, natural disasters, epidemics or government action. Affected sessions will be rescheduled or credited.

You may stop attending at any time; the refund rules in clause 4 apply. We may terminate this agreement where fees remain unpaid after written reminder, where conduct rules are breached, or where continuing would be unlawful.

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, and the courts of Kathmandu have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.

We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published on this page when you book. If any clause is found unenforceable, the remaining clauses continue in effect. Failure to enforce a term is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PrecisePTE regarding your enrollment; any prior discussions, quotes, or representations not reflected in these terms are not binding. We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to a successor entity (for example, if PrecisePTE is later incorporated as a company), without affecting your rights under these terms.
