Describe Image is scored on content, oral fluency and pronunciation. Content only asks that you mention the key elements. It does not ask for insight, and nobody is grading your analysis of the data.
Use one structure for every image type. Open with what the visual is and what it shows. Name the axes, categories or locations. Give the highest value and the lowest value. Add one comparison or trend. Close with a one line summary.
For maps and process diagrams, replace the high and low step with start and end, or left and right. The structure survives because it is about ordering your speech, not about the data.
Aim for 35 to 38 seconds of continuous speech. Stopping at 20 seconds leaves content marks on the table; going silent then restarting damages fluency more than saying something obvious.
Practise by describing the same five images on five different days. When you can produce a clean forty seconds without a script, the template is trained and you can stop drilling it.
